Our team is responsible for managing day-to-week operations, contributing to strategic planning, and supporting internal and external communications strategies to drive business success.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nPartner directly with the Director to execute strategic priorities and transformation initiatives.\nMaintain visibility to all major organizational objectives, milestones, risks, and dependencies.\nDevelop and manage executive-level action plans, operating rhythms, and governance processes.\nDrive accountability across leadership teams to ensure commitments are completed on schedule.\nCoordinate initiatives related to digital supply chain, AI-enabled decision support, supplier capacity management, and industrial base readiness.\nSupport development and deployment of executive dashboards and performance management tools.\nTrack implementation progress of strategic initiatives and ensure realization of expected business outcomes.\nAssist in developing future-state organizational capabilities and operating models.\nSupport execution of supplier transformation and supplier sprint initiatives.\nCoordinate activities between consulting partners, internal transformation teams, and functional leaders.\nTrack supplier improvement actions, capacity expansion initiatives, and readiness assessments.\nEnsure lessons learned and best practices are institutionalized across the organization.\nPartner closely with the Executive Assistant to optimize executive effectiveness, meeting structure, communications, and leadership engagement.\nPrepare executive presentations, strategic communications, and leadership reviews.\nFacilitate staff meetings, leadership offsites, and strategic planning sessions.\nManage executive follow-up actions and decision tracking.\nMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.\nBasic Qualifications\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.\n7-15 years of experience in program management, operations, supply chain, consulting, engineering, strategy, or business operations.\nDemonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.\nStrong executive communication and presentation skills.\nExceptional organizational and project management capabilities.\nAbility to influence without direct authority.\nExperience working with senior executives and leadership teams.\n• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nDesired Skills\n\nAerospace and defense industry experience.\nSupply chain, manufacturing, operations, or industrial base experience.\nLean, Six Sigma, operational excellence, or transformation program experience.\nExperience supporting digital transformation, analytics, or AI-enabled initiatives.\n• Management consulting or strategic program office experience.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
