Ensures that performance and products conform to established company and regulatory standards. Reviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems. Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. Interfaces with manufacturing and engineering to ensure requirements are met. Recommends corrective actions, dispositions and modifications.\nWe’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team and support and ensure our products meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability and performance\nYou will develop and implement quality plans, and procedures using statistical quality control data, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses\nEnsures that program documentation and records are compliant with contractual requirements\nInteracts with Management organizations for related Quality Assurance (QA) activities\nAudits Lockheed Martin Quality Management System (QMS) for workmanship, deficiencies, effective corrective actions, and validation of compliance to company’s management system and compliance. Generates and reviews audit reports for completeness and conformity to quality management system requirements.\nReviews, analyzes and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems\nInvestigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.\nEnsures that corrective action measures are effective and meet acceptable reliability standards\nProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.\nBasic Qualifications\nDegree in computer science, Engineering or diploma in a related field.\nExperience in QMS (e.g., AS9100)\nStrong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes and best practice.\nU.S Citizenship required with the ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance.\nDesired Skills\nAbility to communicate complex results to non-technical audiences.\nWorks well both in a team setting and independently\nStrong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.\nDemonstrated ability to work at all levels of the organization to develop data analytical models, drive positive change, and communicate across multi-functional stakeholders.\nExperience in implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to achieve program and/or company objectives.\nActive Secret Clearance \nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
