This position represents the organization as a technical specialist in providing solutions to difficult technical issues.\nSupports aircraft and material surveys, purges, and quality containment activities.\nSupports and engages with continuous improvement initiatives.\nBasic Qualifications\nMinimum 5years of aerospace quality experience in a manufacturing or maintenance setting.\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nSkilled in the use of precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.\nStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, technical data, and work instructions to ensure compliance and product integrity.\nDesired Skills\nProven experience with the F-35 program or comparable military-aircraft platforms.\nExperience with Shop Floor Manager (SFM) or similar manufacturing management systems, Apriso, Product Data Management (PDM) or similar engineering database, and Visualization Assembly System (VAS) or similar visualizations systems.\nDirect involvement in Final Acceptance and Safety-of-Flight inspections.\nAbility to effectively navigate complex product and process-related requirements to validate nonconformances and develop corrective actions in coordination with DCMA and Production colleagues.\nDemonstrated professional interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.\nExperience conducting/coordinating process/product evaluations and assessments.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
