We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Analyst to support second shift assembly operations for the Vectis Family of Systems Portfolio.\nIn this influential role, you're key responsibilities will include:\nSupport the development of quality plans and procedures in accordance with customer requirements for both make and buy items.\nEnsure the conformance to company and regulatory standards.\nInitiate, review, and anlyze reports on quality-related data/metrics from production, service, supplier or process improvement activities and analyze using statistical techniques.\nInterface as needed with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure process requirements are met.\nReview completed assembly, process, test, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical quality records to determine data accuracy, acceptability and completeness.\nManage the quality records control process to assure adequate accountability and traceability.\nDevelop and maintains governing procedures related to records control.\nSupport product acceptance and delivery per established process.\nPerform surveillances for workmanship, process deficiencies, and validation of compliance to company’s management system and compliance. Generate and review surveillance reports and initiate effective corrective actions.\nBasic Qualifications\nUnderstanding of Operations command media\nExperience in QMS (e.g., AS9100)\nStrong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes and best practices\nDemonstrated ability to critically think and work with team members to solve complex problems\nDemonstrated ability to analyze information, identify issues, and present courses of action\nDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate with various levels of our corporation \nDesired Skills\nExperience leading teams to achieve a desired outcome\nHigh ethical standards.
