The successful candidate will ensure that corrective measures comply with requirements and meet expected reliability standards.\nThey will develop and implement strategies to improve internal and supplier performance, evaluate quality systems to identify and address deficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.\nIn addition, they will design and analyse inspection and testing processes, conduct product quality testing, and utilise statistical analysis to assess products and materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.\nThe successful candidate will also support supplier selection activities and maintain supplier certification programmes, helping to ensure a high-performing and compliant supply chain.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the primary point of contact for all quality issues on project\nAssuring project remains compliant to all business and contractual processes and procedures\nManage non-conformances end-to-end, including facilitating Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes\nReview and approve quality documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards\nParticipate in design reviews, providing quality-focused input and guidance\nContribute to bids and proposals by advising on quality requirements and considerations\nBasic Qualifications\nProven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail\nConfident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels-from shop floor to senior management-across technical and non-technical audiences\nStrong decision-making skills, with the ability to take ownership and drive issues through to resolution\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly\nProficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)\nExperience with SAP Quality Module is desirable but not essential\nDemonstrated experience in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA/RCCA) is essential\nFamiliarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO standards) is advantageous\nHold a security clearance of DV or higher\nDesired Skills\nA background in Materials, CNC Manufacturing & Machining, or low volume high value manufacturing & production, would help, but isn’t strictly necessary to successful application\nKnowledge of how to read CAD Drawings and Data\nGood eye for detail\nStakeholder management skills","description_format":"text","description_chars":3426,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Aerospace Manufacturing","Combat Aircraft","Missiles","Military Satellites"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-06T16:03:18Z"},{"event":"close","at":"2026-10-19T17:54:11Z"},{"event":"reopen","at":"2026-10-24T15:24:59Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Skilled Worker;
