Is able to provide competent strategy, as well as review and process appropriate U.S. trade compliance authorizations. Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc. Implements policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met. May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies. May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations. May include compliance review and approval of promotional materials, including post marketing.\nBasic Qualifications\n- Minimum two years direct experience in an International Trade Compliance setting\n- Broad ITAR and EAR licensing and/or compliance experience\n- Experience using written and verbal communication skills\n- Experience using computer skills including MS Office applications\n- Demonstrated qualifications & competencies including:\n1) Experience with export control principles, concepts, practices, and standards\n2) Experience developing solutions to complex export control issues\n3) Experience operating under general direction while achieving organization objectives\n4) Experience interfacing effectively across levels with both internal and external stakeholders\nDesired Skills\nExperience writing technical assistance agreements, manufacturing license agreements, and warehouse distribution agreements;\nExperience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and other unique government contracting scenarios;\nExperience with the implementation of ITAR and/or EAR compliance programs;\nFamiliarity with National Disclosure Policy issues;\nSelf-starter who effectively and rapidly drives tasks to closure\nPay Information\nGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
