Our team is responsible for executing Reliability, Maintainability, and Testability activities for the entire lifecycle of our system: Production, Development, and Sustainment efforts, with a focus on Testability. Responsibilities will include: Developing and updating component and functional level Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECAs) Performing production and sustainment Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) Supporting in Failure Review Boards (FRBs) and conducting Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations Evaluating Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) strengths and program effectiveness Providing Line Replaceable Unit (LRU), Shop Replacement Unit
