Your Mission is Ours.\nLockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking an experienced RF Integration and Test Lead. In this role, you will take ownership of complex integration and test efforts for RF and mixed signal electronics and subsystems / systems targeting radar, communications, and/or electronic warfare applications, coordinate test activities, and ensure technical requirements and performance specifications are met. The successful candidate will have experience in RF test and measurement, test planning, test execution, data analysis, and demonstrated cross-functional leadership aptitude. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical major\nKnowledge of Electromagnetic Theory, RF and mixed signal circuit fundamentals\nProficient with RF test and measurement equipment, to include vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope, and phase noise analyzer.\nProficient in test automation and data analysis software, e.g. LabVIEW, MATLAB, Python.\n10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.\nMust be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.\nDesired Skills\nExperience testing advanced RF and mixed signal electronics units.\nExperience integrating equipment for radar, communications, or electronic warfare applications.\nExperience architecting or designing test stations.\nExperience planning and executing acceptance tests, design verification tests, or integration tests.\nExcellent communication skills, as position requires interfacing with internal and external customers to report technical and scheduling status\nExperience leading cross-functional teams.\nStrong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
