As a crucial member of our team, you will leverage your strong foundation in software development and passion for RF engineering to design, develop, and troubleshoot code that supports the testing and integration of payload systems. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of software development expertise, engineering knowledge, and a passion for collaborative problem-solving. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with engineers and AI&T team members to ensure the successful testing and integration of RF payload systems.\nResponsibilities include:\nDevelop and implement new test scripts to support payload integration goals, ensuring seamless interaction between hardware and software components\nTroubleshoot and debug existing scripts, identifying and resolving issues to optimize system performance\nArchitect and maintain configuration management control including over code repository, key management, and multiple software packages\nCollaborate with our team of engineers to develop and refine software solutions for payload testing, data analysis, and automation, driving efficiency and accuracy in our testing processes\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree or higher (Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Software Engineering or a related STEM field preferred) \nHardware and/or software troubleshooting experience\nExperience with automated test scripting \nActive Secret security clearance; must be a US citizen\nDesired Skills\nProficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, C++, or Java\nExperience with Space Vehicle Systems\nExperience with RF Communication Systems\nExperience with Systems Integration and Verification\nAbility to work support off-shifts and weekends as needed\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with management, and peers\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex RF system issues\nKnowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
