This position plays a key role as the integrator between IT and the Functional team in designing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end warehouse and production processes. The successful candidate will translate business needs into functional and technical solutions within S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (eWM), ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and production operations requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse management processes, SAP best practices, and the ability to coordinate effectively between technical developers and business process owners.\nCore Responsibilities:\nAnalyze and design warehouse and production operations processes to optimize system performance and business efficiency.\nLead and coordinate solution design discussions with business process owners and technical teams.\nConfigure and test S/4HANA eWM processes to support material movements, inventory management, and warehouse operations.\nAuthor functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, reports, and custom developments.\nCollaborate with developers to ensure accurate realization of functional designs and standardized technical solutions.\nSupport data conversion, integration testing, and go-live readiness activities.\nDevelop and coordinate documentation, testing procedures, and training materials for end users.\nRecommend and implement process improvements and S/4HANA innovations aligned with Lockheed Martin’s Production Operations strategy.\nUtilize Jira and Focused Build for backlog management, requirement tracking, and project workflow coordination.\nBasic Qualifications\nHands-on configuration and support experience with SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (eWM)\nExperience with inventory management / inventory conversions\nExperience with SAP applications in a large enterprise environment\nExperience authoring functional specs based on customer requirements\nExperience working with ABAP developers to design/standardize customized functional solutions\nExperience facilitating data driven decisions\nExperience/Exposure to ERP systems or processes\nAbility to apply functional knowledge to meet operational business needs to increase revenue and reduce cost\nExperience supporting full cycle implementation, including Gap Analysis, Requirements gathering, Blue printing, Development, Testing, Reporting, Go-live and Post Go-live support\nDemonstrated problem solving, analytic skills and troubleshooting skills associated with the integration of multiple IT systems\nEffective communication and facilitation skills - ability to converse technically and functionally\nUS Citizenship is required as you will be accessing systems related to our Nation’s Defense\nDesired Skills\nWorking knowledge of inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes\nFamiliarity with production staging, physical inventory, and material flow system integration\nExperience using Jira and SAP Focused Build to manage requirements, test cases, and project workflows\nStrong understanding of the interface between Production Operations and Warehouse Management in SAP\nAbility to independently drive requirements gathering, solution design, and cross-functional alignment\nExperience with Agile or hybrid delivery models in a large-scale ERP program\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for functional audiences\nExperience with ASRS integration and HU management\nPay Information\nGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
