Tb&S (Testbed and Simulation) Software is seeking a highly motivated Systems Integration and Test Engineer with interest in maintaining and supporting flatsat test asset activities in Assembly, Integration, and Test and Operations. This position will support Space Development Agency (SDA) programs: Tranche 2 Beta, Tranche 2 Tracking, and Tranche 3.\nThe Systems Integration and Test Engineer will support the testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of the Flatsat testbed. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands on work, solving complex hardware/software issues, and creating clear technical documentation for internal and external users.\nCore Responsibilities:\nExecute test procedures on the Flatsat, diagnose anomalies, and implement corrective actions.\nAssist the Lead Engineer with integration activities, hardware swaps, and configuration changes.\nWrite and maintain operational, configuration, and user documentation (SOPs, test plans, maintenance guides).\nCollaborate closely with cross functional teams to ensure test readiness and data integrity.\nParticipate in post test reviews, capture lessons learned, and suggest improvements.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a related technical field.\n2-4 years of hands on experience supporting Flatsat, HIL, or ground test hardware (including internships).\nProven ability to execute test procedures, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and resolve problems on site.\nStrong technical writing skills; experience producing clear, concise documentation for engineers and customers.\nWorking knowledge of electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers) and interface protocols (MIL STD 1553, CAN, Ethernet, UART).\nActive Secret clearance.\nDesired Skills\nProject or team lead experience on small scale test projects.\nCoursework or project experience with embedded C/Python, or model based design.\nFamiliarity with requirement traceability tools (Cameo, Jama, DOORS) or basic MBSE concepts.\nExperience with MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, or Python for data acquisition and analysis.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $91200.00 - $169400.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
