Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the synthesis of customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Directs the following activities: establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving hardware/software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem. Manages the development and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelors Degree (Engineering or a related field preferred).\nExperience in Test Plan development of high value complex hardware (space preferred).\nExperience with Software Development including coding/script development, and Configuration Management to support development of new products and product reviews.\nPossess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization.\nMust be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.\nDesired Skills\nDirect hands on experience with leading ATLO Test efforts.\nConsidered a Subject Matter Expert with products used for Test.\nKnowledgeable with software languages such as Python or Perl.\nSuccessfully demonstrated completing tasks and delivering products on time and within budget.\nBreadth of knowledge and work experience implementing ATLO best practices and lessons learned.\nExperience with maintaining process discipline in a dynamic and fast paced environment, including the ability to balance various risks across the system to maintain cost within a fixed schedule environment.\nExperience with Radio Frequency (RF) testing and associated test equipment for validating RF performance.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
