One of the program’s two primary operating locations is Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL. Key elements of the PLSSS program scope include satellite launch processing, satellite transport operations, satellite propellant loading operations, clean room operations, satellite processing and support facilities O&M, and safety and environmental services.\nThe O&M Scheduler position is responsible for the coordination of facility sustainment, project, and preventative maintenance.\nSummary of Key Duties for this Position:\nDevelop, update, and brief 3-day and 14-day facility maintenance schedules.\nConduct daily schedule meetings to brief the status of maintenance activities.\nCoordinate/schedule periodic preventative maintenance, annual inspections, and projects.\nInterface with engineering, technician, and procurement departments.\nEnsure work order logs are completed and the schedule(s) is updated.\nPrint and track all WO documents through the lifecycle of the project/maintenance activity.\nDeconflict maintenance activities with other launch base or program operations to ensure mission success.\nServe as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to program management and customer stake holders.\nApplicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.\nOccasional odd shifts, travel, and overtime may be required.\nBasic Qualifications\nAtleast 1 year of scheduling experience.\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong communication and organization skills.\nMust be a U.S Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/ Poly security clearance.\nDesired Skills\nAssociates degree or higher.\nTS/SCI security clearance.\nExposure to Network scheduling tool (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc.).\n1-2 years or experience in a planning or program management related discipline.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
