You bring sound judgement, strong communication skills and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through demanding program environments.\nYour experience will include:\nDelivering complex C4ISR outcomes and System-of-Systems integration programs.\nEngineering management within Defence or similarly regulated environments.\nWorking with defence standards, regulatory requirements, guidelines and compliance frameworks.\nTechnical risk management, mitigation and engineering governance.\nResource planning, competency mapping and workforce optimisation.\nLeading technical teams using Agile development practices.\nModel-based engineering tools and methods, such as SysML, DoDAF and Rhapsody/Cameo.\nCommunicating technical concepts clearly to customers, senior leaders and engineering teams.\nApplying analytical thinking to complex technical and delivery challenges.\nA relevant engineering degree and Chartered Professional Engineer status in a relevant discipline are expected.
