Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses training project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, leaders, and clients.\nBasic Qualifications\nEducation & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field andat least5years of experience designing and delivering training programs for supply-chain, aerospace & defense, or government operations.\n SME Collaboration & Content Creation - Proven ability to work closely with subject-matter experts to translate technical knowledge into e-learning modules, instructor-led decks, job aids, and SOPs; experience with instructional-design tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, LMS authoring).\n Facilitation & Adult-Learning Skills - Demonstrated success delivering instructor-led training (in-person and virtual), conducting “train-the-trainer” sessions, and providing on-the-job coaching for complex, safety-critical processes.\nStakeholder Management & Budget Oversight - Strong communication and partnership skills to align training with competency frameworks, secure leadership sponsorship, and manage training budgets and external vendor contracts.\n Compliance & Documentation - Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards (FAR/DFARS) and experience maintaining audit-ready training records and version-controlled curricula.\nDesired Skills\nAdvanced instructional-design certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD, or Certified Instructional Designer)\nExperience with immersive learning technologies such as AR/VR or simulation-based training platforms\nProficiency in data-analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau) for measuring training effectiveness and ROI\nKnowledge of supply-chain management systems (e.g., SAP, P2P, S4Hana, etc) to integrate training with operational workflows\nStrong project-management background (PMP or similar) for managing multi-phase curriculum rollouts\nAbility to develop multilingual or culturally adapted training assets for a global workforce\nFamiliarity with continuous-improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) to embed best-practice training processes.\nPay Information\nGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
