In this role, the selected candidate will contribute to the development of electro-mechanical packaging architectures and detailed designs for elements of large-scale radars and airborne systems. The candidate will work as a technical contributor within a multi-disciplinary engineering team, interfacing with Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Drafting, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to define packaging strategies, conduct trade studies, and develop robust, producible designs.\nThis role will involve technical leadership in advanced microelectronics and packaging technologies in support of low-SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power) solutions to meet Lockheed Martin sensor and mission needs. The selected candidate will support the end-to-end lifecycle of these technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams on design, development, integration, testing, and requirements verification.
