The Work
Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a Software Developer. In this role, you will perform tasks supporting Navy programs. The successful candidate will have experience with C++, software development on an agile team, a keen ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and excel as a servant leader in the role of Scrum Master .
This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate will be required to hold an active government Secret security clearance.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field with 1+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in C++ programming language.
- Demonstrated experience with Linux Operating Systems.
- Experience working within an Agile Team as a Scrum Master
- Active Secret clearance
Desired Skills
- Experiene with C++ multithreaded programming
Experience with gRPC
Experience with BASH scripting
Experience with publish/subscribe (pub/sub) communication design patterns
Experience with AMQP, or other broker type messaging protocols
Experience with containerization technologies such as Podman or Docker or Kubernetes.
Desire to integrate, test and troubleshoot and refactor software systems.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $75400.00 - $140000.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
