Build what’s next.\nBasic Qualifications\n5+ years related experience with an Associates Degree in STEM related field.\n2+ years developing C/C++ code for embedded systems.\nFamiliar with developing and debugging software that controls hardware devices.\nExperience developing, integrating, and debugging software within a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) or embedded Linux environment (e.g., Wind River VxWorks, LynxOS, Green Hills Integrity, or similar).\nMust be a US Citizen; this position will require a DoD government security clearance at the Secret level.\nDesired Skills\nBachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent STEM computing field with 5 years related professional experience or 3+ years related experience required with a related Masters degree\nExperience working with communication protocols such as ARINC 429, MIL-STD 1553, RS 422 Serial.\nExperience writing device drivers and product line software\nAbility to take software requirements and implement them to create safety critical device drivers while maintaining traceability and process compliance\nFamiliarity with open architecture initiatives and modular design standards (e.g., FACE, OMS, SOSA)\nFamiliarity with safety-critical software development processes (e.g., DO-178C)\nHands-on experience working in lab environments with test instrumentation (Wire Shark, serial consoles, etc.)\nExperience developing test plans and procedures for software verification\nExperience with Git/GitLab, SonarQube, or Atlassian products\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $98100.00 - $182100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
