This role will focus on developing software code and automations to support continuous integration and other development efforts. Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment. Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Ensures software standards are met.\nBasic Qualifications\nSoftware Development experience with PLM Windchill\nSolid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)\nDevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline experience\nKnowledge of Gitlab, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence\nProficient on Linux and Windows Operating Systems\nDevelopment experience in Java, Python, C++\nProven experience with writing technical documentation\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills\nAbility and Willingness to obtain Secret Clearance\nDesired Skills\nExperience with REST APIs, including development and maintenance\nExperience with IT configuration, including setup and maintenance of applications\nStrong knowledge of relational databases including scripting\nExperience with integrating PLM with other enterprise systems such as ERP and MES\nExperience working with 1LMX initiatives\nExperience with the MFC organization\nActive Secret Clearance\nPay Information\nGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
