Could be managing projects/deliverables or managing teams.\nKnowledge of Earned Value Management Accounting.\nDeep financial acumen and the proven ability to use data to tell a story.\nProven ability to lead and deliver results in fast-paced and high-pressure environments, with a strong track record of achieving goals and meeting deadlines in dynamic and rapidly changing situations.\nTechnical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nProven ability to act as a change agent - e.g., galvanizing teams around new process, systems, etc.\nNo clearance required prior to start however must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI security clearance.\nDesired Skills\nExperience in the aerospace industry. Bonus if experience is with telemetry, digital signal processing, orbital analysis or mission processing.\nActive DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance.\nExperience in building and leading high performing teams.
