Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.\nBasic Qualifications\n8+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline. \nExperience managing and delivering complex DoD systems. Software systems preferred.\nExperience supporting Earned Value Management.\nExperience with customer relationship management.\nExperience with Agile Development Processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Agility, Confluence).\nActive DoD Final Secret Clearance is required. Top Secret preferred.\nExperience managing / leading multiple teams.\nDemonstrated strong communications skills.\nDesired Skills\nSignificant progressive experience in complex, defense-grade C2, sensor, or weapon systems (missile defense preferred).\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.\nExperience with C2BMC and/or the Missile Defense System.\nProgram management and/or agile process certification.\nPrior experience as a functional manager.\nCAM certification and/or EVM experience.\nPrior functional manager experience.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
