In this role, you will support the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, code & unit test, integration testing, requirements verification, and support to formal test/delivery.\nThe successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of languages such as Perl, Python, and C++. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require Interim Secret government security clearance prior to starting and the ability . This position is located at a facility that requires special access.\nBasic Qualifications\nProficient in Python, and C++.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary, team-based groups.\nAbility to obtain a Secret clearance\nDesired Skills\nBachelor’s degree in a STEM-related discipline from an accredited university.\nExperience across the full software life-cycle (design, architecture, development, integration, test, qualification).\nFamiliarity with embedded software/hardware (hands-on or academic).\nWorking knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security scanning).\nComfortable in Agile development environments.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProven ability to test and verify software against defined requirements.\nActive DOD Secret Clearance\nPay Information\nGeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
