Day-to-day activities will include (but are not limited to) requirements governance, architecture definition, system documentation, CONOPs development, and integration guidance/planning. This is an opportunity to help design and develop the updated baseline while working directly with an international customer.\nTHE WORK\nThe KSA C4I Team is seeking a systems integration/test engineer to join our development team as the On-Site Engineering Lead. In this role, you will:\nManage and Execute Test Plans for system, subsystem, and component level testing\nHelp draft plans/approaches for System Verification/Validation and manage those activities\nDraft and Manage Integration Plans\nDevelop applicable CDRL Documentation (specifically Test Plans/Reports)\nReport, track, and troubleshoot deficiencies found\nDraft TPM's/KPM's to properly measure system performance\nPLEASE NOTE\nThis position may require travel to customer sites throughout the KSA.\nThis position may occasionally support off-hours test events, including overnight and weekend activities.\nWHO WE ARE\nThe KSA C4I Modernization Team is a geographically dispersed project team that will operate in an Agile Scrum environment. Team members have the opportunity to work directly with an international customer and gain exposure to the technologies and processes supporting this upgrade.\nCome be a part of a rapidly developing, fast-paced project team that is empowered to quickly develop and iterate potential design upgrades, with a condensed feedback loop that allows for quick iterations on proposed updates. This customer environment is a unique experience for an engineer to put their stamp on drafting new system functionality with a very engaged customer in an accelerated design cycle. If the thought rapidly performing various design activities and growing your knowledge on the numerous types of systems engineering artifacts that are developed and delivered as part of design stage of a modernization upgrade project is exciting, then the KSA C4I Team is the place to be!\nThis team/position is contingent upon contract award.\nBasic Qualifications\nExperience Deriving and Executing Test Plans for system, subsystem, and component level testing and documenting results\nSystem Verification/Validation Experience\nExperience Performing Integration activities at the system, subsystem, and component level at deployment sites\nExperience Deriving and Managing Test schedule/milestones based on contractual deliverables/milestones\nExperience Managing Test events at deployment sites and coordinating necessary resources for various activities\nExperience Developing CDRL Documentation (specifically Test Plans/Reports)\n12+ years of relevant work experience\nDesired Skills\nExperience with documenting and triaging Deficiencies found in Testing cycles\nExperience deriving TPM/KPM's for V&V activities and measuring system performance against them\nPrevious C2 Domain Experience\nExperience in Agile Methodologies & Tools\nPrevious International Customer Experience\nActive Secret Clearance\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
