Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location.\nMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.\nExperience supporting sustainment, logistics, repair operations, supply chain management, engineering, or related technical activities.\nExperience coordinating activities across multiple functional organizations to support operational or program requirements.\nAbility to establish priorities, manage assigned responsibilities, and support contractual schedules and performance metrics.\nAbility to evaluate competing repair priorities and identify impacts to material availability, repair execution, and delivery commitments.\nAbility to utilize or learn information technology applications supporting logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or repair operations.\nAbility to obtain a Secret security clearance.\nDesired Skills\nPrevious experience in defense, aerospace, military maintenance, or a similar technical industry.\nSustainment engineering, depot repair, refurbishment, or maintenance management experience.\nExperience supporting supply chain management, inventory allocation, asset redistribution, or repair order execution.\nExperience analyzing repair performance, inventory utilization, material availability, repair cycle times, or delivery metrics.\nExperience developing repair forecasts, assessing operational trends, or supporting sustainment planning.\nFamiliarity with military logistics, Army regulations, Army supply processes, or Department of Defense sustainment requirements.\nExperience working with U.S. Government and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers.\nExperience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), or logistics management systems.\nExperience supporting proposal development, Basis of Estimate (BOE) preparation, manpower estimation, or program cost analysis.\nFamiliarity with Control Account Management (CAM) principles, financial forecasting, or Earned Value Management (EVM).\nUnderstanding of engineering change management, configuration management, and technical documentation.\nExperience supporting process improvements and resolving cross-functional operational challenges.\nExperience coordinating activities across multiple repair facilities, suppliers, or sources of repair.\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate operational data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively work within a diverse workforce.\nAbility to interface effectively with internal and external customers, cross-functional teams, and management.\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to work in a cross-functional Integrated Product Team environment.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
