The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related STEM field; Master's degree or PhD preferred\nMinimum 5 years of professional experience with electrical hardware design, with demonstrated experience in servo control, motor drive, or actuation electronics\nExperience in electrical hardware design for development and/or production phases in aerospace or a similar industry\nExperience with closed-loop control electronics, motor drives, and power stage/driver circuits, including the ability to read complex CCA schematics\nStrong hands-on skills with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and automated test equipment for servo/actuation hardware\nProven background providing production line support, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions\nDemonstrated ability to lead IPT efforts, present to program leadership and government customers, and manage multiple priorities concurrently\nMust be a US Citizen; must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance\nDesired Skills\nExperience with MFC circuit card design processes and the Design Assurance process\nExperience with servo loop tuning, motor control algorithms, and actuator electromechanical integration\nExperience with missile systems or hypersonic weapon systems\nExperience with schematic capture and circuit simulation tools, and MATLAB/Simulink for control system analysis\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical investigations to determine root cause of hardware and software failures\nProposal experience authoring and reviewing basis of estimates\nExceptional communication skills - clear, concise, and technically accurate, both orally and in writing\nActive DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
