stakeholder engagement, event coordination, or a related field\nExperience conducting research and analysis and synthesizing findings into recommendations, briefing materials, reports, and presentations\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level correspondence, presentations, and briefing materials\nDemonstrate organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint\nAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders\nProven ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams\nWillingness to support occasional travel and flexible work hours as required.\nDesired Skills\nExperience supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or a Chief of Staff function\nKnowledge of corporate governance, strategic planning processes, business operations, and organizational effectiveness practices\nExperience developing executive briefings, dashboards, key messaging, reports, and strategic communications products\nExperience coordinating executive engagements, conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, memberships, and industry events\nStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, including experience interacting with customers, government stakeholders, industry associations, and senior leaders\nFamiliarity with records management, information governance, and knowledge management practices\nExperience using reporting, analytics, and data visualization tools such as Power BI\nExperience within defence, aerospace, technology, government, or other highly regulated industries\nUnderstanding of Canadian government, public policy, defence, and industry stakeholder environments\nMaster's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset\nStrong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset\nAbility to
