Standard Job Description What You Will Be Doing As the Supplier Quality Associate Manager you will drive excellence in a critical and established role responsible for safeguarding product quality and reliability across our supply chain. You will build strong collaborative relationships with suppliers while leading and coordinating supplier quality initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational standards and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Own end-to-end supplier quality management, including accountability over resolution of critical supplier issues Plan, conduct, and follow up on supplier audits, assessments, and evaluations Maintain accurate documentation, metrics, and reporting on supplier quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, production, and procurement teams to identify and resolve supply base risk and issues Analyze quality data and trends to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities Support supplier development and growth strategy, ensuring supply chain quality standards are met Balance leadership activities (approximately 25%) with in
