You will ensure the SI&T process follows prescribed engineering standards and drive continuous improvement of those processes.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nGenerating test plans and detailed test procedure documentation.\nCoordinating test objectives and executing testing across agile capability development teams.\nConducting system-level testing in hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) and virtual test venues.\nPerforming troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and anomaly resolution for sensor-related issues.\nReviewing and enhancing SI&T engineering processes for continuous improvement.\nSupporting occasional second shift and weekend work as required.\nWho You Are\nYou are a systems engineer with familiarity with sensor integration and test. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.\nEmployee will be required to support some 2nd shift and weekend work.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in an engineering field or STEM discipline.\nExperience in lab integration and test.\nExperience with system integration and test of sensor capabilities (Radar, EW, EO/IR, CM and/or Fusion).\nExperience with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and anomaly resolution.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including communicating technical information to a variety of stakeholders.\nDesired Skills\nActive program clearances.\nExperience with F-35 Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platforms.\nFamiliarity with Mission Systems Integration Labs (MSIL).\nFamiliarity with F-35 mission systems and sensor architectures.\nExperience with software test design, software debug, lab integration, and system-level test.\nExperience with Linux Operating Systems.\nExperience with Open System Architecture and Common Systems.\nHardware-in-the-loop (HITL) simulation and virtual test venue experience.\nSystems Engineering development and integration experience.\nExperience working with cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment.\nExperience with developing system, software, or hardware requirements for mission systems or sensor capabilities.\nExperience with data analysis tools, scripting, or programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C++).\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
