The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.\nPerforms technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or 1 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.\nComprehensive understanding of configuration management principles, practices, and industry standards,including the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of system configurations.\nDemonstrated knowledge or experience, with a thorough understanding of the complete lifecycle, including engineering processes and reviews, to ensure effective configuration management.\nProficiency with engineering drawings, parts lists, Bills of Materials (BOMs), as well as drafting standards, toaccurately document and manage system configurations.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines\nDesired Skills\nExperience with Product Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. Teamcenter)\nExperience with managing dashboards and action lists in Jira\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation.\nExperience in Software Configuration Management in an environment of rigorous hardware/softwarebaseline configuration techniques.\n\nStrong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and developeffective solutions.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nExperience with reading, understanding and interpreting requirements on DoD Contracts\nExperience working with CDRLs and SOWs and Sub-Contractor SDRLs and SOWs.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
