The candidate must be highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nThe candidate must have current Secret security clearance with recent (5-year) background check and clearable to SAP programs.\nPerforms technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.\nBasic Qualifications\nRequired skills and experience:\nBachelor's Degree or higher in an engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience with 7+ years of professional experience.\nStrong team leadership experience with a multi-disciplined team of engineers\nExperience working with suppliers through their product life-cycle\nAbility to collaborate with all levels of leadership, both internal to LM and external\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment and respond quickly to unplanned issues and topics as they occur\nStakeholder engagement: Attending and contributing to meetings with Supplier counterparts, Leadership and Government Customer\nProblem solving and ability to make quick decisions\nTravel is required\n\nDesired Skills\nDesired skills and experience:\nPrior Supplier IPTL experience\nIMS execution and EVMS\nSubsystem qualification testing\nKnowledge of and experience with Weapon Data Link Subsystems\nPrior experience supporting proposals\nPrior CAM experience\n\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
