Opportunities to pick a particular area of focus, or gain a diverse range of experiences and skills.\nContributing to systems engineering activities across the lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, integration, verification and validation\nDeveloping technical artefacts such as requirements, interface definitions, design documentation, engineering assessments and trade studies\nSupporting multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex engineering outcomes across a range of Defence and technology programs\nCollaborating with stakeholders, subject matter experts and project teams to solve technical challenges and support delivery objectives\nApplying systems engineering principles, processes and tools to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives\nContributing to capability development activities including engineering governance, reviews, bids and technical innovation\nWhat you’ll bring\nTo be successful in this role you will have:\nExperience across one or more systems engineering disciplines, including requirements management, systems architecture, specialty engineering, integration, or verification & validation\nExperience working on complex engineering, technology or Defence projects\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes\nA collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams\nAn Engineering degree or equivalent relevant industry experience\nExposure to MBSE, Agile development, Defence capability domains or test automation approaches will be highly regarded\nFlexibility and ability to hit the ground running.\nNV1 security clearance and ability to handle Export Controlled information\nProficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice\nDon't meet every requirement?\nIf you're excited by this opportunity but don't meet every criterion, we'd still love to hear from you.
