Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Lead the identification, documentation and communication of risk and opportunity related to the program's technical, schedule, and cost challenges.\nBasic Qualifications\nProficiency in Systems Engineering\nExperience with engineering projects (such as the planning, design, etc.)\nExperience operating on teams generating technical data products\nDemonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope\nHighly effective communication skills, including ability to explain complex concepts, lead reviews, and negotiate requirements\nExperience integrating across functional organizations\nDesired Skills\nBachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline\nProject management\nExperience throughout engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test and operational deployment)\nPositive attitude, accountable and responsible and able to work in a team-focused, dynamic environment\nDemonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change\nMissile design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, with the ability to lead multi-functional teams, build strong relationships with team members and build consensus among peers\nAbility to work independently as well as part of an integrated team\nAbility to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines\nFBM Program experience or familiarity\nTop Secret clearance\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
