And we’re reimagining how space can connect us, ensuring security and prosperity.\nJoin us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you\nLockheed Martin seeks an a highly motivated innovative and talented Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to join the Global Security team and become a member of the Systems Engineering and Integration Team (SEIT) in Denver, Colorado.\nAs a Systems Engineer for Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) you will employ MBSE approaches to develop Systems Engineering products using SysML and MBSE tools to capture, maintain, and visualize needed views of model data to communicate systems and facilitate automation of Systems Engineering integration with other domains.\nYou will support MBSE efforts on multiple programs; solicit stakeholder needs for MBSE implementation\nElicit stakeholder needs and requirements and model the data\nUse system data from model to develop assembly, integration, interfaces, and verification data\nEngage across all teams (SE, R&V, Mechanical, Electrical, Digital Transformation, and Customers) in support of products and process. The selected candidate will help lead SE process definition and coordinate process execution across the team.\nThis position will also be involved with helping redefine and modernize many areas within our engineering processes, including Peer Reviews, Design Reviews, and Operations/Test efforts.\nThis position will also support the definition & implementation of MBSE products and processes by partnering across our SE teams, and with the overall MBSE/MBE efforts. The goal is to incorporate and modernize model-based methods into products, processes, and design reviews.\nCandidates should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to interact effectively and build strong relationships with customers, management, external Stake-Holders, Design SMEs, and peers.
