Standard Job Description The Systems Engineer Sr will support the design, development, implementation, and sustainment of digital adoption solutions using the WalkMe platform or any other DAP. This role will partner with business stakeholders, application owners, and technical teams to translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive in-application guidance, workflow automation, and user-support experiences. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes and web-based applications; designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining WalkMe content such as Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, SmartTips, Resources, and Surveys; and using adoption analytics to identify opportunities to improve the user experience. The position will perform technical troubleshooting and validation to ensure WalkMe solutions function reliably across supported applications and browser environments. The successful candidate will apply knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and browser developer tools to identify page elements, create reliable selectors, troubleshoot issues, and support integration with enterprise applications.
