The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.\nComprehensive understanding of configuration management principles, practices, and industry standards, including the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of system configurations.\nDemonstrated knowledge or experience, with a thorough understanding of the complete lifecycle, including engineering processes and reviews, to ensure effective configuration management.\nProficiency with engineering drawings, parts lists, Bills of Materials (BOMs), as well as drafting standards, to accurately document and manage system configurations.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.\nDesired Skills\nExperience with Product Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. Teamcenter)\nExperience with reading, understanding and interpreting requirements on DoD Contracts\nExperience working with CDRLs and SOWs and Sub-Contractor SDRLs and SOWs\nExperience with managing dashboards and action lists in Jira\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nStrong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions\nDemonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nExperience in Software Configuration Management in an environment of rigorous hardware/software baseline configuration techniques.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
