Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.\nBasic Qualifications\n9+ years of experience in a Systems Engineering or equivalent technical discipline. \nFull Spectrum Leadership with strong interpersonal skills; \nExperience in one or more of following domains: Systems Engineering, Software development, and System Safety. \nProposal cost estimating experience\nExperience developing detailed technical project plans and resource allocations; tracking milestones and managing schedules to meet program baselines.\nExperience with requirement decomposition, allocation and verification.\nAbility to lead a multi disciplined technical teams\nExcellent communication skills; team building skills; and mentoring / coaching capability.
