This position will be the Chief Systems Engineering and lead for the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team in support of the design, development, production, integration, test, and delivery of this critical capability focused on the requirements development, decomposition, and verification.\nYour responsibilities will include lead the definition and execution of the SEIT Activities required to design, develop, integrate, test, and deliver system in accordance with the Requirements Baseline and Test Plan. This includes leading efforts to:\n-Maintain and manage the technical requirements baseline\n-Maintain and manage the System Test Plan and Integration efforts\n-Establish and Track Program Technical Performance Measures (TPMs)\n-Conduct of Systems Engineering Technical and Readiness Reviews\n-Lead the Program’s Verification and Validation and associated Risk Reduction planning and execution;\n-Partner with the Program’s Manager, Chief Engineer, and other IPT leads to enable successful program execution\n-Oversee and integrate, as needed, specialty and cyber engineering efforts\nThe information below reflects the standard job description for this position:\nPerforms technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
