Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.\nMaintains an executive presence engaging with customer sets ranging from internal working groups all the way up to C-suite level meetings to develop an operational strategy that leverages Digital Engagement Center technology and content to meet or exceed customer requirements. Plans, implements, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.\nRoles and responsibilities will include\n- Partnering with peers and internal teams to schedule, plan and organize events\n- Providing onsite support for customer engagement events\n- Engage with senior level executives and stakeholders\n- Collaborating with Digital Engagement Center Ops team to create and implement efficient processes and procedures\n- Providing technical support for advanced technologies\n- Provide operational support of Vast system at customer engagement events, conferences and trade shows\n- Occasional travel between other Lockheed Martin locations to support additional duties as needed\nBasic Qualifications\n- U.S Citizenship Required\n- Active U.S. Secret (S) clearance or ability to obtain S clearance within 90 days of hire\n- Knowledge of AV Technologies such as Crestron and Pixera\n- Experience working with A/V switching systems\n- Strong communication and customer engagement skills\n- Demonstrated problem-solving ability\n- Strong organizational skills with emphasis on attention to detail\n- Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite to include Teams, Outlook, and Powerpoint\n- Experience working with virtual teleconference (VTC) and collaboration platforms\nDesired Skills\n- Experience designing customer A/V engagements\n- Experience with U.S. Gov’t customers, ideally to include U.S. Military\n- Practical experience with U.S. Military exercises and experiments\n- Experience with regional Allies and Partners\n- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility (Tier 5/T 5 investigation completed) or ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within 180 days of hire\n- Computer Science or equivalent technical degree\n- DoD IAT Level II certification (i.e. Sec+ CE)\n- Understanding of IP technologies\n- Knowledge of audio sound design and integration\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
