You will be focused on various testing and integration efforts within all of the teams and efforts the organiation supports and the design and coordination of testing between (and within) the various teams/applications to ensure that the functionality is feature complete and all program/IRAD requirements, use cases, and scnearios are verified.\nDesired is someone with a strong technical aptitude to be a wonderful addition to the SEIT team helping to develop creative and novel technical solutions.\nRoles and responsibilities include:\nDesign, develop, and implement testing of use cases, scenarios, and requirements\nPerform and/or ensure the ongoing verification of the created tests\nClearly communicating ideas and collaborate across multiple teams\nSupport both classified on-site and unclassified testing events\nOccasional travel may be required to customer and LM sites across the country.\nThe information below reflects the standard job description for this position:\nPlans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.\nBasic Qualifications\nFamiliarity with the software development lifecycle\nExperience with the Space domain (satellite ground systems and orbital platforms)\nExperience developing and communicating test procedures\nMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, thus US Citizenship is required\nDesired Skills\nExperience with building test architectures\nExperience with continuous integration pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Travis, etc.)\nSelf-driven - ability to work independently and in a team environment\nAbility to work and communicate with teams spread across the country\nExperience with writing use cases, scnearios, and software requirements for complex systems and defining measurements of success for them\nExperience with 1LMX Test and Development tools, software, and processes (e.g. Cypress, CI/CD pipelines, Docker container deployments, Kubernetes)\nExperience with AI driven 1LMX tools for test and development\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
