Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.\nBasic Qualifications\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with teams of engineers and/or technicians\nExperience with system test requirements, developing test plans and test procedures\nExperience in test engineering; analyzing and resolving problems; electrical and mechanical background and EGSE knowledge\nMust be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and clearance\nBachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2-3 years of professional experience\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nMust be able to travel 25%\nDesired Skills\nExperience with test and requirements verification including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, and ground test equipment.\nExperience with system architecture and test script \nFunctional test experience (i.e. creating and maintaining scripts and procedures, executing automated test scripts, and data analysis)\nDemonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal customers\nInterest in aerospace or defense systems assembly, integration and test (AI&T) or experience in a specialized High-value hardware processing facility.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
