The individual will become more product focused as they continue to operate more independently, executing tests while following test discipline. If available, the individual will be expected to take on some small stretch assignments within their general capabilities.\nThis position works Friday's - Sunday's 12-hour shifts.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities:\nDelegate to Product Lead/SMEKnowledge of product line they support\nOn the way to being a SME for designated product line\n\nParticipates in training CTC OJT's\nExecutes test procedures for focused product lines\nReviewing PO's for accurate sequence and touch labor standards\nCollaborating with support organizations to ensure efficient test execution \nCoordinate with CPE and QE to come up with an efficient and safe troubleshooting plan\nWorking knowledge of UUT operations and environments:EFCP\nContinuity & Isolation\nFunctional Testing\nVibe\nThermal an TVAC\n\nFull understanding and ability to use common test equipment (power supplies, DMMs, O-Scopes, Function Generators, DAQs, Data Recorders, etc) \nPlans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education\nMust be a United States citizen with the ablity to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance\nAbility to work Friday - Sunday 12-hour shifts\nDesired Skills\nCertified Test Conductor\nActive secret security clearance \nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
