Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Software or Systems Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.\nKnowledge and application of Systems Engineering processes and one or more Systems Integration functions including:\nSystem trade studies and/or System modeling\nRequirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development\nSystem Integration, Test and/or Verification\nTest planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependencies\nDesign reviews\nSystem design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Propulsion, RF, Software, etc.)\nActive INTERIM secret security clearance with the ability to obtain top secret security clearance, US Citizenship required\nDesired Skills\nWorking knowledge of the Trident II D5LE Missile\nExperience with software systems design, development, integration, test, with knowledge of space, missile and launch systems at the component through system level\nExperience with test planning and execution, including development of test cases, test procedures, and test reports\nAbility to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions for execution on an inflexible schedule, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data\nAbility to interact with hardware and software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied\nAbility to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations\nDemonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
