This position will support a new IRAD program as the System Integration Lab (SIL) Test Manager.\nBasic Qualifications\nBS in Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college\nExperience in Space Vehicle/Missile Integration and Test including Electrical, Mechanical, Ordnance, and Environmental.\nExperience in Test Plan development and spacecraft/missile operations and test.\nDesired Skills\nExperience in an Integration Lab Environment\nExperience with JIRA/Confluence, DOORS, Cameo, and Microsoft Suite 365.\nPossess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization.\nExperience in communicating and briefing program management.\nTest Engineer and/or Certified Test Conductor\nWilling to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment\nPossess an Active Secret security clearance\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
