Discover more about our Ocala, Florida location.\nMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.\nPlans, develops, and implements technical product training programs for customers, and/or employees, and field support personnel. Technical training may include standard, repeatable modules, customized and new product modules. Obtains information from customer and technical organizations, engineering, software and product requirements to prepare training programs; prepares lesson plans and training materials; designs product demonstrations; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. May administer tests. Continuously revises lesson plans to ensure course material reflect product features, meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date. May include military trainers.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelors degree or equivalent experience\nSolder experience\nCable & Harness experience\nInspection experience within manufacturing\n3-5 years of experience in manufacturing\nThis position will be located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen\nDesired Skills\nSolder Certified - J-STD\nCable & Harness Certified\nSystem knowledge of MPPs\nTeaching experience\nComfortable presenting training material in a classroom setting\nExperience within all levels of the organization\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nSuperior organizational skills\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
