Come and experience your future!\nTHE WORK\nRMS - Owego is seeking a highly motivated test technician to perform top level and subassembly test activities in support of our Electronic Support Measures (ESM) product line. Adjusts and calibrates systems as required; modifies electronic equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams and sketches. Corrects malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts or components as directed. Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties. Determines types of tests to be performed, approves and suggests modifications to testing equipment, and analyzes test results to evaluate performance of products and equipment. Assists engineers in design and development of test procedures for new products and recommends product improvements or manufacturing modifications. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.\nBasic Qualifications\nExperienced in Microsoft Office\nBe able to read and understand drawing, schematics, blueprints, and technical publications\nMust have the ability to write test reports in detail\nBe familiar with basic troubleshooting protocols\nWork under general supervision and have the ability to multi-task and adapt to change\nStrictly adhere to Quality procedures\nMust have 3 years of related experience and hold a High School diploma or equivalent.\n***Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
