Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is one of four Lockheed Martin business areas.\nWe are seeking to hire a Test Engineer Associate Manager to join our team in Archbald, PA.\nThe Test Engineering Asc. Manager will provide functional leadership for a team responsible for the planning, design support, integration, fabrication, inspection, and testing of electrical cables and harnesses. This position will lead employees supporting multiple programs while ensuring technical quality, schedule performance, resource availability, and compliance with applicable engineering and manufacturing standards.\nThe successful candidate will balance personnel leadership with technical and program execution responsibilities. This includes developing employee capabilities, assigning resources, managing workload, supporting estimates and proposals, resolving technical and production issues, and coordinating priorities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. \n5+ years of relevant experience. \nExperience with electrical cable and harness design, fabrication, integration, inspection, or testing.\nDemonstrated experience leading technical teams, projects, or cross-functional activities.\nExperience managing priorities, schedules, staffing needs, and technical deliverables across multiple efforts.\nKnowledge of engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, bills of material, and configuration-controlled documentation.\nExperience troubleshooting electrical interconnects and resolving hardware, workmanship, or interface issues.\nStrong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance is required for the role, therefore you must be a US Citizen. \nDesired Skills\nPrevious functional or personnel management experience, including employee development and performance management.\nKnowledge of cable and harness workmanship and acceptance standards, including IPC/WHMA-A-620, AS50881, or related requirements.\nExperience with continuity, insulation resistance, dielectric withstand, signal integrity, or other cable and harness test methods.\nFamiliarity with connector selection, wire sizing, shielding, grounding, bonding, electromagnetic interference, and environmental qualification.\nExperience supporting design reviews, production readiness reviews, failure review boards, and corrective-action processes.\nExperience developing estimates, proposals, basis-of-estimate documentation, and resource plans.\nExperience working in a defense, aerospace, naval, or other highly regulated engineering environment.\nDemonstrated ability to improve processes, reduce rework, and deliver results within cost and schedule constraints.\nPay Information\nFull-Time Salary Range: $94400.00 - $175200.00\nAt Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
