May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.\nYou will be the Weekend Shift Test Technician for the Testing team. Our team is responsible for setting up and executing electronic assembly tests to ensure product performance and quality.\nAs the Weekend Shift Test Technician, you will be responsible for configuring test apparatus, performing electrical and RF measurements, and analyzing results to validate product specifications.\nYour responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\nSets up test apparatus and conducts tests of electronic assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.\nAdjusts and calibrates systems as required; modifies electronic equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams.Identifies malfunctions by making adjustments or troubleshooting circuit cards.\n\nUses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties.\nPerforms tests and suggests modifications to testing equipment, and analyzes test results to evaluate performance of products and equipment.\nPerform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.\nWork from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards.\nUse various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements.\nDocument accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures.\nBasic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies.\nCollaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement.\nBasic Qualifications\nBasic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.\nStrong work ethic and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role.\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship.
