Serves as the business owner for the Vemo workforce management platform, responsible for implementation, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement to ensure consistent utilization across all functions.\nPartners with business leaders to forecast workforce requirements, identify capacity risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. Establishes workforce management governance, including a Workforce Management Council and associated planning routines, to drive accountability and alignment across the organization.\nDevelops and maintains workforce reporting and analytics, providing visibility into workforce demand, capacity, utilization, overtime, banked hours, vacation liabilities, workforce trends, and future workforce requirements.
