As the team continues to grow this experienced hire will be there to assist key clients and support the team.\nOur many years of experience working with specialists in a number of different industries have enabled us to develop a robust and proven ability for service delivery, advice and tailored coverage to address the varied insurance needs of our clients and their interests, including innovative areas of cover.\nThe role will involve identifying and engaging with new business prospects to produce new clients for Lockton. As Account Executive, you will be responsible for the overall relationship management and retention of clients from SME to corporate.\nCandidate Profile\nYou should have the following experience:\nExpert understanding of the relevant classes of business.\nAbility to identify opportunities for business development and pursue with success. \nAbility build and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurers and associates.\nAbility to prepare an execute strategic direction and thought leadership. \nStrong leadership skills and ability to delegate as appropriate.\nExceptional presentation skills in both preparation and execution.\nProfessional and tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectives.\nDemonstrated ability to instil confidence with clients so that the client looks to you and to Lockton as more than just an insurance broker, but as a partner in the business.\nAbility to coordinate the production of Lockton reports or presentation material which clearly explains necessary detail to clients, insurers and associates.\nAbout The Position\nLockton is the world's largest privately held independent insurance brokerage.
