If you can see yourself delivering excellent service to clients giving back to our \ncommunities and being a part of our caring culture you belong here\nYour Responsibilities\nManage a mixed claims portfolio of Property & Casualty (liability and workmen compensation) and other lines as \nnecessary.\nTake full ownership of the assigned claims from around the UAE and manage own allocated portfolio of accounts \nimplementing Best Practices and ensuring Service Standards are met in line with the Key Performance Indicators.\nProvide guidance and support to clients explain the claims process and information required manage their \nexpectations for each step of the process answering questions addressing concerns and providing regular \nupdates on claim status.\nProactively manage claims end to end across multiple lines and monitor claims progress: from first notice of loss \nto final settlement.\nAct as primary liaison between clients and insurers third-party service providers to ensure the client has a smooth \nclaims experience.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients insurers independent adjusters lawyers experts and other \nstakeholders fostering trust and collaboration.\nEngage in effective negotiations with insurers loss adjusters and other parties to achieve fair and reasonable \noutcomes.\nIdentify and flag potential delays inefficiencies or disputes early and provide recommendations to improve the \ncustomer experience and achieve the best outcomes.\nDeliver clear and regular updates to clients throughout the claim lifecycle.\nWork closely with producers account managers & executives brokers placement teams partners to manage \nclaims relationship with clients and to act as an ambassador for Locktons claims offering.\nWork independently and as part of a team.\nUse of standard Microsoft applications and other systems at Lockton.\nPreparation and provision of claims reports track and assess claims activity participate in regular calls and \nmeetings with clients.\nReport to LIB UAE Claims Manager and provide support and assistance to the Senior Claims Advocate on large; \ncontentious or complex losses including CAT events.\nCandidate ProfileThe successful candidate will possess\nStrong communication skills demonstrated in active listening clear and straightforward writing and speaking \nabilities (both English and Arabic languages are a must)\nA positive attitude be proactive be team oriented be organized and always looking to improve service and \nresults and will require to demonstrate consistent excellent customer service empathy professionalism and a \nsense of urgency to support clients by taking full ownership of the claim process to ensure fair and efficient \nresolutions.\nAn experience of 7 years in managing a portfolio of Property & Casualty claims.
